Consent to Receive Text Messages

When you provide your mobile number and give consent through our intake forms or website, you’re authorizing Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound to send you text messages for service-related purposes.The information Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of Text Messages We Send

Depending on your communication preferences, you may receive messages such as:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Instructions related to upcoming diagnostic exams

Example message:

“Your ultrasound appointment at Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound is confirmed for [Date] at [Time]. Need to make a change? Text HELP. Msg & data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP.”

Frequency of Messages

Message volume may vary depending on your needs. On average, you can expect no more than two messages per appointment, unless you initiate additional contact.

Carrier Messaging Rates

Your wireless provider may charge fees for text messages sent or received as part of this service. These rates are set by your carrier and are not controlled by Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS notifications filling out our online Contact Us form. Consent must be provided through our secure system.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply “STOP” to any of our texts. After opting out, you won’t receive further messages unless you re-enroll by replying “START.”
