Please review all information prior to your first visit.

Why Patients Choose Us for Outside Monitoring
Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound provides outside monitoring services for fertility patients throughout the Greater New Orleans area, including those working with out-of-town and out-of-state fertility clinics such as CNY Fertility.
Availability
Monitoring appointments are available seven days a week, with early morning scans beginning at 6:45 AM. Extended availability ensures that appointments can be scheduled to align with your clinic's monitoring requirements without disrupting your daily routine or requiring time away from work.
Reporting Turnaround
Upon completion of your scan, your ultrasound report and images are transmitted directly to your fertility clinic, oftentimes within one hour. Prompt reporting supports your care team's ability to make same-day clinical decisions regarding your protocol.
Clinical Coordination
Our team works regularly with fertility patients across a range of protocols. You'll receive your orders from your fertility clinic and send them to us directly. Once your scan is complete, your report and images are transmitted to your care team.
Pricing
Outside monitoring ultrasounds are $150 per visit. Nola Diagnostic provides ultrasound imaging only. Any required bloodwork is a separate service completed at a laboratory of your choosing and billed directly through that provider.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Obtain Your Orders. Your fertility clinic will provide you with a written ultrasound order prior to your monitoring appointment. If your protocol also requires bloodwork, your clinic will issue a separate laboratory order for that purpose. Print both documents and bring them to their respective appointments: your ultrasound order to Nola Diagnostic, and your laboratory order to your lab of choice.
Schedule Your Ultrasound. Book your monitoring ultrasound with Nola Diagnostic before scheduling anything else. If bloodwork is also required on the same day, we recommend selecting an early morning appointment so you have time to proceed to the lab immediately after your scan.
Schedule Your Laboratory Work Separately. Bloodwork is not available at Nola Diagnostic. If your fertility clinic has ordered laboratory work, that appointment must be scheduled separately and completed at a lab of your choosing. We recommend booking your lab appointment online in advance and arriving early in the morning to allow sufficient time for same-day processing of results.
Many of our patients use Labcorp at Walgreens, located at 1717 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA, which is conveniently near our facility and easily accessible immediately after your ultrasound appointment. Appointments can be scheduled online at Labcorp.com.
Please note: Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound has no affiliation with Labcorp or any other laboratory. The above reference is provided as a courtesy based on patient feedback. All inquiries regarding laboratory services, results, or billing must be directed to your laboratory provider.
What to Expect on the Day of Your Appointment
Arrive at Nola Diagnostic Ultrasound with your printed ultrasound order at the time of your scheduled scan. Your laboratory order is not required at Nola Diagnostic; bring it separately to your lab appointment.
Your monitoring ultrasound will be completed at Nola Diagnostic, after which your report and images will be transmitted directly to your fertility clinic within one hour.
Your fertility clinic will review all results and contact you with further instructions based on your protocol.
